I'm not sure if this changed after 0000581 was fixed, or perhaps I didn't catch the exact cause of the bug (which manifests only if we load a saved game, on a map with forts built before save). See updated Steps to Reproduce above. |

Seems to be fixed in 0.91c, possibly thanks to new save system. |
