Summary

0000325: If enemy has first move in battle (higher speed), we can still open our spell book at start, but casting leads to crash

Description

First reported by Ivan in a comment to 0000184. It seems though that the fix for that didn't correct this as well.

To reproduce, load the map attached to 0000183, select Inteus and attack the Orange hero. Try to open the spell book in the very beginning of the battle, before the Phoenix moves (there's a good probability you'll succeed - in case your mouse is slow, use "C"). If you select a spell, the game will crash. See attached logs & .dmp file.
