0000184: Crash when clicking on Combat Options button while a creature is moving

Description

It does not matter if it's friendly or enemy creature and can be reproduced on any map. Crash logs attached.

If enemy has first move in battle (higher speed), we can still open our spell book at start, but casting leads to crash

(0000197) Ivan (developer) 2009-11-08 15:35	There is similar crash on closing spellbook (you can open it, select spell but it will crash on closing). Looks to be the same as this one

(0000499) Zamolxis (viewer) 2009-12-27 00:06	Verified as fixed in 0.75. The crash reported by Ivan however still occurs and has been separately reported as 0000325.
