Summary0002528: Casting damage spell on blinded unit doesn't break blindness
DescriptionTitle explains all.
Steps To ReproduceCast damaging spell (magic arrow / ice bolt etc.) on unit with active blindness. Blindness will not go away even though it should.

Another problem with blind that @AVS does know about is that if you just let full blind effect disappear creature will be able to move, but you won't be able to blind it again since there still some effect on it.
