Summary

0001127: Portal of Summoning doesn't work if built after flagging a dwelling (new since 0.89b)

Description

To reproduce, take Ivor on the map from 0001063 and flag the Basilisk Pit above. Then go to your Dungeon town, build the Portal, then try to use it. Flagging new dwellings after that does not help as the Portal continues to give the message that you don't have any flagged dwellings yet.

If you change the order of actions, building the Portal first, then you will be able to recruit the creature from the flagged dwelling.
