0000882: Ogre Magi can't cast Bloodlust in battle

Description

Ogre Magi Can't cast Bloodlust in battle.
May be related with 123 bug.

Steps To Reproduce

Start game with Stronghold town.
Use cheat "vcmiarmenelos" to build all buildings in currently selected town.
Buy some Ogre Magi, move it to the hero and attack enemy.
Ogre Magi can't cast Bloodlust.
