0001778: Gelu doesn't seem to upgrade elves to Snipers

Description

Gelu has her own ability to upgrade elves, grand elves, arbalesters and heavy arbalesters to Snipers. It was working before, but now it doesn't work for elves, only for grand elves.

(0004649) KroArtem (updater) 2014-05-10 13:29	Probably I just didn't have enough gold to upgrade a lot of elves to snipers but had enough gold to upgrade several grand elves to snipers. Don't know anything about Dracon.
