0000914: Storm and Ice Elementals does not attack enemy creatures

Description

Tested on r2600.
Storm Elementals does not attack enemy creatures, but cast Protection from Air on it.
The same with Ice Elementals.

Steps To Reproduce

Start any map with Conflux town.
Use cheat "vcmiarmenelos" to build all buildings in currently selected town.
Buy Storm and Ice Elementals.
Attack enemy.
