Summary

0000810: In kingdom overview, scrolling hero backpack repaints its entire panel in a visible way

Description

When we enter Kingdom Overview window and choose a hero, then chose "backpack" bar and scroll the bakcpack, instead of only that, entire hero panel is rpainted which cause visible flashing and is generally unpleasant. Only artifacts panel should be repainted instead.
Still, it's possible it works faster in release version.

(0002018) Ivan (developer) 2011-09-14 12:09	Repainting only arts panel is a bit complicated - there is no background with arts, only whole hero item. Flashing should not be visible though - will check.
