Descriptionevery new VCMI start adjusts wav sound volume, if it turn off in VCMI then new start of VCMI turn off wav sound in WinXP.
second if you turn it on in VCMI after new start it is shown in game as turned off.

probably relationship refers to second part of my descr - because I didn't test it earlier (I have alway music and sound effects turned off)

the most important is the new bug which appeared in 0.81d.
