0000378: Font size + bold in town name

Description

This is really trivial. If you look at the town name in the screenshots attached to 0000375, in H3 the font size was bigger, and it seems also in bold. It's probably better that we increase it as well. Especially in higher resolutions it will help to have it more visible.
