0003173: Mods hierarchy

Description

'RUS translation for WoG' is duplicated. One instance is subMod of WoG. The other one is featured as a standalone mod, even though it requires WoG and does not seem to be any different from the first one.

'Ban things mod' should be a subMod of WoG

I propose adding 'Ruins Town' to the repository, since it is good quality and appears to be finished.
