Summary0002539: Sometimes AI ignores empty city. He kills the hero and go away
DescriptionIn this example, it can be clearly seen. He kills the hero and he lacks aggression spend one cell to take the city. He goes somewhere.

load save, press end turn
AI attack hero and kill him
end turn
AI go walks away
