0002283: There is no penalty shooters at a distance

Description

20 лучников показывают урон 12-19 на поломанной стреле (по гремлинам). Но наносят 29 урона. Получается нет штрафа за расстояние 10 клеток. В свою очередь нет разницы с поломанной стрелой бьют стрелки или нет. (Параметры героя которым нападаю 0 атака 0 защита).

(0007432) Povelitel (updater) 2018-03-01 09:06	Урон в героях 23-34. Скорее всего было неправильное отображение в логе битвы. Сейчас в vcmi разброс тоже 23-34. Так что все нормально и стреляло правильно. А с ровной стрелой 46-69 и тоже сходится.
