Summary

0001958: Launcher not work

Description

In build the Kantor, the launcher is running, you Warmonger forget to add something :D, and the launcher on the XP system does not work.

(At least I have always)

(0007162) SXX (administrator) 2017-07-22 14:14	Soon we'll no longer officially support XP. If there some interested crazy developer it's doable to make XP-compatible package, but VCMI upstream won't provide such.
