0001301: Game does not list maps under <mod_name>/Maps folder

Description

Game does not list maps from the Maps folder found in mods. (More exactly I do not see listed vcmi/Maps/VCMI_Tests_2011b.h3m).

I am running VCMI in debug mode.

Steps To Reproduce

Look if "VCMI_Tests_2011b.h3m" is listed in the maps list.

(0003662) Ivan (developer) 2013-06-04 21:24	Do you have WoG enabled? Because VCMI Tests is wog map and thus it won't be visible with disabled wog.
