If object that was set as loss condition is not owned by player on day 1 game ends with instant loss

(0004468) Ivan (developer) 2014-02-14 20:33	According to validation in map editor: "The special loss condition is to lose Pasis the Planeswalker at (134, 135, 1), but this hero is not owned by any player." If the hero specified in the special loss condition ‘Lose a specific hero’, exists in a Prison, all players lose the game immediately. This clearly says what was intention of H3 developers for such situation. Not a bug/won't fix? Player does not owns this hero on day one and does not have to rescue him from a prison. And what if another human player will rescue him instead? Game over for everyone but rescuer? This is not a single-player map after all.
