(0003795) Warmonger (administrator) 2013-07-22 17:09	It was another manifestiation of 0001345 - all bonuses are initialized with additionalInfo equal to -1, for some unknown reason it was also involved in speed calculation. Fixed in r3468, now everything is clear.
