Steps To Reproduce And from what I noticed so far, the other animated town screen objects, like the waterfalls at Stronghold & Conflux, as well as many others, while working, have their animations at least twice as slow as in H3, which make them not very realistic (I'll open a separate defect for this if necessary).

Additional Information Possibly valid for other animated objects in other towns. If I find other examples, I'll update this report.
