Summary0000262: Double quotation in the message box when picking up Titan's Cuirass (valid for other message boxes with quotes as well)
DescriptionI'm not sure if it applies to other message boxes as well (not just artifacts). If I encounter other cases, I'll update the report.

EDIT: I found the same for the message at Stables (see 2nd screenshot), so I guess it's general
Steps To ReproduceThere is a Titan's Cuirass in the beginning of the map attached to 0000022 to reproduce. And maps with Stables I guess can easily be found.

 Confirmed as still there in 0.83.

I also changed the priority from 'low' to 'normal', because if we have it at Stables as well (and potentially other locations also), it becomes a bug of notably higher occurrence.

 I guess it may be two single apostrofes ('') each one escaped to the quote sign ("") but it may be just a wild guess (it can happens when somewhere in text files is properly quote and somewhere else is two apostrophes)

 Fixed both occurrences in r2450. Calls to strip double quotes were already there, but they were taking wrong parameters (??).
