0002590: AI not know power spell "armagedon" and not use him

Description

In SoD AI attack me on this map on 1 turn. In VCMI he just ignored me.
He has 1 gold dragon in army and attack me, despite surpassing my troops in many times.

Moreover, even when I attack him, he does not use the Armageddon! Despite the fact that he could easily kill them. Instead, he flies to fight with me hand to hand combat.

In short there are two in one. 1. No risk assessment, (unrealized as I understand it) 2. And banal not use Armageddon.

В соде на этой карте ИИ сразу атакует меня в первый же ход игры, в вцми просто игнорирует. У него есть 1 золотой дракон в армии, но он атакует меня несмотря на превосходящие мои войска в много раз.

Более того, даже когда я сам нападаю на него он не использует армагедон! Хотя мог бы спокойно убить им. Вместо этого он летит драться со мной в рукопашный бой.

Короче тут два в одном. 1. Нет оценки опасности, (нереализовано как я понимаю) и 2. банальное не использование армагедона.

Steps To Reproduce

push the end turn will run hero 1m golden dragon. In the sod he just kill you in vcmi will stand near the city.

нажать конец хода, выбежит герой с 1м золотым драконом. В соде он просто вас убьет, в вцми будет стоять возле города.
