Summary

0001119: Build War Machine button in Blacksmith interface is not disabled if the visiting hero already has that machine

Description

Can be tested on any map. If needed build the Blacksmith, then buy Ballista / Ammo Cart / First Aid Tent for the visiting hero. Then open the Blacksmith again. The Build (aka Buy) button is still there and enabled, only thing is that clicking it has the same function as the check button, simply closing the window (no gold spent) and with the Console showing "System message: Server encountered a problem: Hero already has this machine!"
