Summary | 0000400: For some towns, the Tower/Wall parts are still misplaced (possibly also the shooters) |
Description | I've noticed this some time ago for Inferno and reported it as 0000172. But I see for other towns things are way more misplaced actually (e.g.: Castle, Rampart...). If you check the screenshot, we clearly see 2 arrow towers badly overlapping there (and the Archer seems somehow out of them). |
Additional Information | I see the position of the walls has been discussed on the forum: http://forum.vcmi.eu/viewtopic.php?p=3373#3373, [^] but there only a limited number of wall parts were listed (10), while there are 34 SgCsYYYY pcx files in the H3bitmad.lod. Are we sure the settings point to the right file (e.g.: the forum post mentions "upper static wall - WA5", while SgCsWa5.pcx is actually a broken upper wall)? And can this be solved only by altering the values in wall_pos.txt file (in which case I could give it a try), or is it more complicated than that? |
