0000306: The In-Game Console messages are doubled

(0000415) majaczek (reporter) 2009-12-20 17:18	the first is that you written something in console the second is the message send to all players and thus showing that it work however i think commands and cheatcodes should be muted at public I think rest should be as is or do another place for "chain sent" message (the first of the two)
