0002193: Crash at any map startup

Description

vcmiclient crashes every time i'm trying to start a new map with this error message:

bind: Address already in use
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<boost::system::system_error> >'
