Summary | 0000212: Border color of neutral objects' info windows should reflect player color(?).
Description | Though I'm not sure if it's the player color. Sometimes after clicking around I have gotten blue borders as red player. Personally though, I like it better the way it is.

Tested it, and it seems that the border color of a garrison is determined by the color of the castle you right-clicked on last. Seems like a bug in the original H3. |

It's a feature. Original H3 never did use neutral color in the windows (only flags). VCMI introduced it, to make the GUI more consistent. Now pop-up will always have color of the castle owner. |
