Summary0002462: PlayerState::daysWithoutCastle desync due to CGameHandler code
DescriptionCurrently "daysWithoutCastle" changed in CGameHandler in two functions while it's should only be done within gamestate / netpacks.

This issue is mainly for documenting change I'm going to make since I might miss something important. Of course I tested it, but still! :-)
