| Steps To Reproduce | Find a neutral units which are ready to join you (weaker and your alignment, or good diplomacy level for hero). Click "Accept". Enjoy the fact that you cannot see them until you finish your turn and the next turn begins. |

UPD: It is "always" when the hero has no Diplomacy and it is hero-aligned group of neutrals.
