Summary0000953: Casting spell by hero blocks most of creature actions
DescriptionTo reproduce:
1) Enter any battle
2) Cast spell by hero (tested only with targeted spells)

Now only possible action for creature is to wait or defend - all battle map actions are blocked.

BTW: cursor on bottom panel is not updating properly - it's always same as it was on battlefield

Ah. It looks that I forgot to update.
Cursor on bottom panel still incorrect - it's always blocked instead of normal.
