Summary	0000841: Graphic issues in the lower left corner (resource bar) on high resolutions since 0.86c
Description	Noticed in 1024x768 & 1920x1080. Possibly a different priority given to the overlap of the .pcx files, causing the resource bar go above all others? Can be reproduced in both 0.86c&d.
