| Summary | 0000800: the interface locked on day 2, the errors in console suggests it's something with terrain |
| Description | interface locks making certain things impossible
i found impossible to get some collectible thing directly from castle visitor
after some errors i found impossible to end the turn (on turn 2)
the crash was forced, the game were just locked, the logs suggest it has something with terrain tiles, perhaps with terrain musics |
| Steps To Reproduce | first i started VCMI on the monks treasure map with red, tower, solmyr
next i build some stuff and done some garrison things
next i tried to get wood directly from castle with solmyr but interface resist
next i step on some grass and gain wood and woodmill successfully
next i ended day and autosave created
next i build some stuff
next i colllected the experience stone (the one +1000)
next i collected some ore and used all move of hero
next i pressed end turn button but it resisted the interface (nothing happens)
next i tried to click it a few times but still resists, so i finally thought i catched the bug |
| Additional Information | this was first time i used this VCMI_server.exe so firewall mentioned it sends data, i accepted for all networks, and played further
I don't believe that affected the error |

I can't reproduce. With the Monk map or another.
Could it be caused by a bad installation ? |

well I can't reproduce either.
perhaps try the save from package (the one from begining, because autosave is broken)
i hope crashdumps and logs can somewhat help
the bug 0000801 i got on same instalation but played succesfully after a week ingame
this means there bug occured intime of my try which was blocking for the game |

well i suggest it could be a buggy json ported config (or bug introduced by changes paralell to port to json) plus something random (eg random monster) |

Most likely it's a duplicate to 0000729.
Server rejected a request of AI to end turn and game got stuck. It'll be fixed soon.
You try too hard to figure out reasons of issue, instead of just describing what you see. ;) |
