Summary0000721: The Kingdom Overview buttons are missing the icon until we click on them
DescriptionSince 0.84, the icons on the Kingdom Overview buttons are missing (both the 'clickable' icon and the 'not available' grayed out one).

They do show up only when we click on the button, only to disappear again after the click. Unless we click and hold, then drag the mouse without releasing the click, until we are away from the surface of the button - in that case the icon is displayed and remains there also after we release the click.

The attached patch fixes the issue.

I would like to point out at this occasion that the GUI system seems ridiculously overcomplicated. The GUI classes could do with some cleanup and significant simplification.
