Summary0000697: Mouse over hero in battle: cursor icon + info box
DescriptionAs seen in the screenshots, for friendly hero:
- Mouse cursor should change into the helmet icon (also useful to know where exactly we should L-click to open Spell Book)
- Hero info mini-card should appear below

For enemy hero:
- Mouse cursor should change to question mark
- Hero info mini-card should appear below
