0000478: On Fast Animation Speed in battles, we don't hear the walking sound of the Crystal Dragon
I think I've noticed it on some other creature as well, but can't remember now. To reproduce for Crystal Dragon, take Sir Mullich in the map from 0000327. On Slow/Medium we hear the Dragon walking, on Fast there is a different (almost not heard) sound.

Seems to be fixed in 0.83, which means it wasn't a child of 0000113 (which is not yet solved).

If any dev knows that this is thanks to a change they performed, please change the assignment (it defaulted to my name when I marked it as Resolved, even if I tried to force a blank assignment).
