I think that you are wrong. It this case VCMI works properly also the terrain movement costs are implemented (I haven't checked all possibilities). One thing which is not implemented, is if the creature is from town type which is native for the terrain i.e. creature from fortress with hero moving on swamp. This hero gets the same penalty like other creatures. ie. hero with serpent flies or with royal griffins on swamp has the same movement

You are right. I tested it again properly and looks fine. I'm sorry for waisting Your time. How to close issue?
