I've carried 4 battles between humans where defender won and I got one crash + a serious graphical glitch. Actually that crash does not seem to be connected with battles in any way. |

the crash isn't with battle itself - but the battle spoils the data which leads to later crash
It's highly possible to make 90% reproducibility defending hero must advance a level or a few (in my case it advanced 3 levels)
there also is the problem with missing battle result for winning attacker
So it's a bug with delayed crash
it may be somewhat random but most connected elements are the battles
PS: loosing defender hero was in town garrison if that helps |

Most probably duplicate of 0000385. Can't tell for sure without crashdump or corrupted savegame that'll always lead to crash.
Please post it if possible, or'll close this issue along with 0000385. |

I need to mention that there was not battle before the crash reported as 0000385. So this report here would be relevant if the crash is actually related to a previous battle. As Tow said, I guess we need a crashdump or saved game to reproduce (@majaczek: can you see if it's still among your Autosaves?).
EDIT: I'm thinking both crashes could be related with hero's "disappearance" from the Adventure Map. Here after a battle, in 0000385 after moving into the boat.

Actually that issue wasn't related to battles or disappeared heroes (boats).
It was the random crash occurring sometimes when player ending turn had selected hero and cursor was placed on terrain not discovered by the next player. |
