Summary0000364: You can attempt to dismiss the last troop of a hero, but when you click Yes nothing happens.
DescriptionIn H3 the Dismiss icon does not appear when you are viewing the information window of the last troop of a hero.

Checked in 0.85 and verified as behaving like OH3 (though it would have been nicer if i/o the OH3 behavior, we would have had a grayed out button, and maybe even with a msg at R-click saying why)
