Summary0000362: Horde building description is not updated after the dwelling upgrade (instead, it's updated when we build it)
DescriptionFor example:

- After we build Upg. Magic Lantern, the description of Garden of Life still mentions Pixies

- Or the other way around, the description of Garden of Life starts mentioning Sprites after we build it, even though Upg. Magic Lantern is not built yet

Checked in 0.86 and it's not fully fixed.

Now the horde building is waiting for both the upgraded dwelling as well as itself to be built, before updating the description. Only the dwelling upgrade should suffice as condition.

See attached screenshot. Goblin Barracks are already upgraded, but unbuilt Mess Hall still mentions Goblins i/o Hobgoblins.
