0000317: In windowed mode, the mouse cursor sometimes cannot be moved from the AdvMap to the Title Bar of the game window
In windowed mode, the mouse cursor sometimes cannot be moved from the AdvMap to the Title Bar of the game window. It only moves till the edge of the AdvMap, then if we move the mouse further up nothing happens, until we are high enough to completely leave the game window with the tip of the mouse cursor (as in screenshot). This basically means that when this happens, we cannot click&drag the game window, nor can we minimize or close it, because nothing on the title bar is accessible.

It only happens like 10% of the time and I couldn't find any pattern (after battle, after load, after town screen etc) in order to reproduce it. But I've noticed this happening since one of the previous versions. The solution to get rid of it when it happens, is to click on another application, then back on VCMI.

I've been encountering this issue as well, however I don't know how to fix it.
Title bar is outside VCMI's jurisdiction (we can only set title text and the icon), so the problem looks like a bug in SDL library.
