It's not really "mis-coded". I think they just need to write new code to have the animations displayed simultaneously. Until then, this was implemented probably to check the spell is implemented correctly (animation, impact, etc). But I can move it to "tweak", because maybe it's rather that than just a missing feature. |

Actually it's a general problem with sequencing animations. There will be bugs like this until I (or someone else) make full list of which animation should block (delay) which animation (e.g. more early scheduled animations block later scheduled, certain reverse stack animations block other animations etc.). |
