Summary0002563: Library of Enlightenment: incorrect text or icons with diplomacy skill
DescriptionAs far as I understand skills are granted properly and only problem is that info window content is totally ruined. This was probably known even to Ivan long time ago when he didn't finished rewardable objects rework.

Anyone who going to fix it would have to carefully test it with different hero level and diplomacy skill.
