Game cannot be minimized or alt-tabbed, windows key also does not help.
Ctrl+alt+delete does not work as game renders on top of every window.
Game can be only killed by alt+f4 (it crashes after this).
While hanged you can see windows 'wheel' (windows 7 version of program busy hourglass).
After loading the game from autosave hero can pick up chest without problems however there is a small lag and console outputs:

Downloaded and set mods as in mods.png/settings.png.
Played single player scenario: Peaceful Ending as Cove.
Had 2 heroes, second hero (bought from in-town Tavern) triggered the freeze then crash. Before freeze had 'lag' issues with the hero from time to time (periodic hangups with teleporting into desired location and instantly opening popups afterwards).
This only hero had also lagged on map from time to time. Cannot provide log as next run overwrote the previous log file.
