Actually this is really annoying problem and at least following artifacts don't work:

* Boots of Levitation
* Necklace of Ocean Guidance
* Sea Captain Hat
* Bird Perception (eagle eye)
* Stoic Watchman (eagle eye)
* Emblem of Cognizance (eagle eye)
* Admirals Hat
* Wizards Well

Oops. This issue was caused by some crippled H3 resources I used to test something else and then forgot to replace. VCMI detected it in log quite nicely:

Data in birdOfPerception is invalid!
At /class
     Error: Key must have one of predefined values

Warning! Artifact rarity  not recognized!
