Summary0001974: Map description scrolling state don't reset on choice of different map / save
DescriptionSo if you check list of maps and scrolled large description of one of them for any other maps text will be displaced too.
Steps To Reproduce  - Go to map list in "New Game" where at least one map have long description.
  - Choose map with description larger than it's box in GUI.
  - Scroll map description down.
  - Now select any other map.
