Not reproductible. Casted a lot of firewalls and quickands, as in the picture.

When I cast second time the spell, log says: "Assertion failed: !creatureCasting, file battle\CBattleInterface.cpp, line 2238"

Did you have any caster creature in your army?

Well spotted, that's right, VCMI crashes right after casting this spell while in army are any caster creatures.
