Summary	0001888: Red rectangle that represents focused area on minimap should be refreshed every time when changing position
Description	Quite long this summary, but should well describe the issue. To reproduce it simply move focused part of screen to other location and then press numpad 5 button. You will see then that red rectangle stayed at the same position like earlier.
