on first week tan had the longest turn, now it is orange

On my PC week 6 took 9 minutes, which is fine, as half of it was animation time I believe.
However, week 5 was 34 minutes, which is way too long. That makes 291 seconds per turn or 58 seconds per player on average.
I agree that performance on this map is much worse than expected, but improves once AI breaks to the open part of map. |

Found an improvement in r3819. Now the longest week time was 18 minutes with some other glitches, otherwise below 10 minutes or less. In general, the upper bound for AI time should now be much lower. |
