0001470: Various bugs when attacking Pandora's Box guards

Description

As of 0.93b, if we try to take Pandora's Box with Rion on the VCMI_Tests map, we have the following:

1. At the start of the battle, no creature is selected. Pressing Wait/Defend does nothing but the button animation. We can unlock the freeze by clicking on Retreat then selecting No. After that a stack of Cavaliers is selected and we can start the battle.

2. When we're in the frozen mode at battle start, if we hit AutoCombat, the game crashes. Screeshot & crashdump attached.

3. If we bypass the freeze by using the Retreat button trick and finish the battle, at the end, after all the bonuses, we get again the message: "You should have known better - you are being attacked."
