0000147: Curse spell decrease damage to 0

Description

I've attacked anti-magic garrison, casted curse on enemy archers (one more bug) and... they've hit my army with 0 damage.
Use attached save to reproduce.

Works on all units in all battles (not only archers\garrisons)
