The PCX file StackQueueBgSmall is missing on your VCMI installation. It is included within the core data package, which you can get from here https://dl.dropbox.com/u/22372764/vcmi/mods/core.zip. [^] Extract these files into your data dir. The data dir is located here: /usr/share/vcmi.

PS: The wiki http://wiki.vcmi.eu/index.php?title=Installation_on_Linux [^] explains it BTW.

Proposal, it doesn't really fit here but anyway:
VCMI could perform some resource checks at start-up to see if required files are present. Among those files should be WoG files, VCMI core package, etc. This is a typical technical problem, which many users without the technical background cannot understand. An example: The user has invited a few friends to play HoMM3 hot-seat and he knows that VCMI is installed and can be started. They're looking for a map in the web, then copying into map dir, starting the game, selecting the map and the map options. Then the first player is on turn, he attacks a town and the game crashes. They've invested several minutes, just to see that some files are missing. There are many examples for such problems in different technical areas and it would be nice to have sth. like that:)

Closing, not a bug.

@beegee good idea. Certainly worth implementing.
